REFUND POLICY
This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions governing refunds for all services provided by Veefitcheck.
1. Refund Eligibility:
One time consultation call: Refunds for consultations are not available, however rescheduling a day prior to the call is applicable, if the next slot is picked within 10 days from the booked slot.
Self Paced Courses/Subscriptions/Memberships/Challenges : Refunds for any of these services are not available - neither a fee or course adjustment.
1:1 Holistic Course: Refunds for individual courses are not applicable - pausing the program (only for 3 & 6 months courses) is available - in case of emergency. However, in cases of pause period extending 2 weeks, the program will not be put on hold.
2. Refund Process:
Request Procedure: To request a refund, users must submit a written request via email to veefitcheck@gmail.com within the specified timeframe.
Refund Review: Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and approval is subject to adherence to the eligibility criteria.
3. Non-Refundable Items:
Downloadable Content/ Self paced courses: No refunds will be provided for downloadable content, including digital guides, e-books, or course materials.
Completed Consultations: Consultations that have been completed or unattended to are non-refundable.
4. Subscription Renewals:
Cancellation Before Renewal: Users can cancel subscription renewals at any time. Refunds for renewal charges processed before the cancellation date are not guaranteed.
5. Course Completion:
Refunds for courses will not be issued if the user has accessed & began with the course content. (check the refund eligibility section).
6. Processing Time:
Refund Processing: Once a refund is approved, it may take upto 7 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in the user's account.
